History of Great Lakes Senior Living
We opened our first Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) in Milton, WI, in 2001. The positive reception and outpouring of community love helped us open a second RCAC location in Waterford, WI, in 2007. Our Waterford location grew into a larger community with more units and a memory care community. Our continued success has ultimately led to five unique communities, with our newest development being a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) in Beloit, WI, which opened in 2023.
